KC Halsey serviced my car in February 2023 when a tree crushed the roof of my vehicle and shattered my back window. I noticed some leaking of water in the back of my car a year later and called them to help. Jimmy explained that they were at capacity until the new year and would call me back after reviewing my previous repair.

Without needing to follow up, I received a call from Jimmy within a few days and brought my car in. They were kind enough to send me out the door with a loaner car and finished re-sealing the leaky window over the weekend.

The guys at KC are communicative, organized, and kind. They even vacuumed out my car as a courtesy -- there's nothing better than picking up a fresh, clean, and DRY vehicle!

I have taken my car to KC Halsey twice. They are very honest, fair in price, and easy to work with. They deal well with insurance agencies (the first time with mine, the second, more recently with the party that hit my car's company). They made it super easy for me. They even helped arrange a rental from Enterprise for me, calling them when I picked it up and also let me leave the car with them when I returned it.
KC's workmanship is top notch and I have been very happy with with my car when they finished. They return your car sparkling clean, inside and out! They are also super friendly

Ten star service and repair.

Over the past few years we brought cars to KC Halsey three times, and each time the repairs were done professionally and as quickly as parts became available. Let me add that two of these repairs were on our dime, and KC Halsey came in with lower bids than other collision centers. Dustin is an outstanding manager as well as a fair and reasonable guy. You can trust and rely on him and know that he's giving you a fair shake. In short, our experiences with KC Halsey could hardly have gone better.

Most recently our car was blindsided by a driver who failed to yield on a green, and after the rental agreement on our insurance policy ran out KC Halsey allowed us to use a loaner while our car was being repaired. This is service that goes above and beyond. Quality work, done by fair, decent, honest people. We can't recommend them more highly.

My collision occurred on a Thursday evening and resulted in not being able to shut the drivers door. On Friday, I began calling collision centers and all were telling me it would be 2-3 weeks before they could schedule an appointment to look at my car. I had no idea about the backlog and was very frustrated. A colleague recommended KC Halsey Collision Center. I called Friday afternoon and they said they could look at my car the following Monday. KC had a loaner for me and I was able to pick that up that afternoon. A tow truck came to my home the following Saturday and took my car to the shop.

I just picked up my 2020 Nissan Rogue and am very pleased with the results. They cleaned and detailed the inside and even took care of a scratch I had that had nothing to do with the collision. It looks as nice as the day I bought it. If I had gone with one of the other autobody shops I would still be waiting for the estimate.

If I ever need body work done again I will be going directly to KC Halsey Collision Center.

I had 3 estimates for my fender bender. $1400, $2400, and $4900. Halsey by far was the most expensive at $4900. They required that I leave my car overnight and they removed several panels to generate an estimate. Then there is pressure to approve the repair before my car was reassembled. Other body shops will provide an insurance company with an estimate and revisit the estimate if there is more damage discovered during the repair.

In addition, I was pressured to use my insurance rather than the person's who hit me. That would have raised my rates.

The estimate was so much higher than my first that I waited 3 weeks to get an estimate by another body shop. Glad I did. They were easy to work with, no pressure, and scheduling was a breeze.

My car was totally drivable and I would have had extra down time while my car sat there waiting on parts.

While they may do excellent work, I found them to be double the price and not helpful in keeping my accident away from my insurance company. If you are looking for body work, you can do better, much better. And if you have to pay cash, way much better.

I was T-boned by someone who ran a light, but was insured. I worked with KC Halsey Collision Center to re pair the body, wheel and more on my 2016 Toyota Highlander. From the beginning, Dustin was very easy to work with and made sure all of our concerns about our car were addressed. We got our car back and unfortunately it started making loud noises. Dustin was immediately responsive but unfortunately had bad news for me once they examined the issue. The situation was awkward and I had lost trust but Dustin and the owner of KC went above and beyond to address concerns and to provide relationship repair to this situation. Their business is "word of mouth", as it should be. All kinds of people work there, and all kinds of people come in for a good customer experience. I am more than happy with the outcome of this part of an unfortunate car accident and highly recommend KC Halsey Collision Center to service your car needs.

I got my car back today and the work that was done on my vehicle was amazing. I was shocked to see that they even detailed my vehicle. Wow, what an awesome service. Their communication was excellent and they always let me know what was going on with my vehicle and the next steps that were needed. My car is brand new and it still feels amazing. They also gave me a loaner for when my insurance ran out on my rental for free. They always had an amazing attitude and were very attentive.

I needed to get a lot of front-end work after an accident. They saw the car quickly and got me a reasonable quote. A quote that was significantly better than any dealer, used car dealer, or auto body shop. Turn around to get the car back was not nearly as long as it could have been considering the extent of the damage.

Unknown to me, they found the car had been in an accident before the damage I caused. They informed me before pick up and honored the original quote despite needing more labor. Even when I offered to pay more because of the large cost difference, the team refused to take my money.

I couldn't ask for a kinder team and staff there. Helpful and professional.

This place is absolutely wonderful. Mr Kim and his team have helped me and my family out many times over the years (we have multiple cars and live on a very narrow street). I've sent many friend there and will continue to do so.
Mr. Kim is truly a compassionate person and the craftsmanship is top notch. I find it ridiculous anyone would say otherwise.
